Cleaning
- Cleaning is an extremely important task that the Idea Garden staff commits to each day. All of our technologies and surfaces are wiped down after each use, as well as at the end of the day when the Idea Garden is open and utilized. These surfaces include:
- Tables
- Computer touchscreens
- Keyboards and mice
- Idea Garden phone
- IQ Wall
- Ideation/Study room whiteboards
- Ideation/Study room digital whiteboards
- Seats
- Power towers
- VR equipment
- Hand sanitizers
- Front door
- Hand sanitizer is present at each table within the space.
Space Capacity
- 14 People Max
VR Use
- At this time, reservations for VR headsets are unavailable.
- VR equipment is thoroughly cleaned in between uses, as well as each headset being rotated out and quarantined after each use.
Ideation Room Use
- At this time, reservations for Ideation Rooms are unavailable.
- Only one student may utilize the space at a time.
